Jo has worked in the consumer data and online media sectors for over 15 years with the last 5 focused on social media and the Social Enterprise sector.

Jo has developed database marketing solutions for a wide range of blue-chip organisations including Barclays, Nationwide, MBNA and M&S. He gained an Executive MBA from Cass Business School in 2001 where his thesis focused on the need for more socially aware global business.

Maric has led development of enterprise level systems within the digital media space and constructed some of the largest multi-terabyte consumer databases in the UK (22 million UK Consumers). His core competencies and experience includes database systems, data warehouses, high performance data processing, large scale data processing, neural networks, grid computing, project management, systems architecture and cloud computing.

A qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with experience in both subjective and objective assignments across a broad range of business sectors at all levels from preliminary assessment, consideration and review to total business re-engineering.
