We in goMowgli seek to address the lack of predictable service in the leisure travel industry in India, spanning across transportation, activities, accommodation and guide service. We want to build a network of reliable leisure-travel infrastructure across India. goMowgli solves the above problem by offering a consistent travel experience (safe, reliable and flexible) at all touch points of the tour – transport, accommodation & activities, by:
• Curate and aggregate all asset heavy touch points, also helping to stay asset light:
a. Build and monitor a network of quality fleet providers across India (Bus and Car)
b. Curate and monitor a set of quality activities and accommodation
• Hire and train a guide on board the fleet, on our payroll, to control and deliver the tour experience. The entire tour experience is delivered and controlled by the guide.
• Use technology to aggregate, deliver, monitor and control the entire tour experience, across all touch points of the tour
a. A mobile app, to facilitate travellers and tour operators to book and manage their tour
b. An information layer to coordinate the logistics and control the touch points

Using the above network of travel infrastructure, travellers and tour operators can:
• Travel on a set of curated tours, offered by goMowgli and delivered by a guide on board. Currently, we offer Hop on Hop off and City Tours in Southern India, since January 2014.
• Build your own tour (BYO Tours) – choose transport, activity and accommodation as per their schedule and needs

The revenue streams for the business are:
1. Sale of tickets of goMowgli curated tours and BYO Tours
2. Earn commission from the aggregated activities & accommodation

Most of the players in the travel industry have a significant presence in either the technology space or physical infrastructure only. However, travel as a service involves the physical act of travel and gathering knowledge along with savouring experiences (accommodation and activities). goMowgli seeks to control each of the above touch points, integrating physical processes with technology, to deliver a safe, flexible and memorable tour experience.
