His expertise is strategic brand building and customer portfolio management skills for positioning and stimulating brand equity growth. His insight into product development, brand positioning/marketing, advertising and customer behavior is grounded in 20 plus years of blue chip, consumer products corporations.

He holds an MBA. Ray he is well qualified with experience from the banking industry including the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Manufacturers Hanover Trust, National Westminster Bank, Royal Bank of Canada and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank where he managed a $10 billion loan portfolio. Ray is an experienced corporate finance specialist and has served as an Advisor, COO, CFO and Principal in several Internet start-up companies.

Michael is well qualified engineer and utilizes CATIA V5, CATIA 1986 to present, Value engineering/Value Analysis, Design for manufacturing & Assembly, GD&T, 8-D, Problem Solving, Design & Process Improvements and Team Building Workshops. Mike has a degree in Mechanical Design from Michigan Technology University, Houghton, Michigan.
