Golfslope is creating a marketplace that offers golfers the opportunity to play private golf clubs and courses through exclusive deals, aggregates charity golf tournaments and creates a social network of golfers. Our target customers are the 6.8 million avid golfers who play more than 25 rounds of golf a year and the 2.8 million golfers who are members of these private clubs.

    Eliot Pierce is the founder and CEO of Golfslope.

    In the fall of 2011, Eliot was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at betaworks.

    Previously, Eliot was the VP of Strategy, Business Development & Operations for NYTimes.com. Prior to NYTimes.com, Eliot held product management positions at both The FeedRoom and CNET / Snap / NBCi.

    Eliot has a BA in History from Brown University and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business (Langone Program).

    Director of Technology

    James joins Golfslope after a 14 year career building front end technology on award winning projects. He has worked and consulted at digital agencies such as Huge, Critical Mass and Blast Radius, startups and media companies like NYTimes.com and The Globe and Mail, among others. James is also a musician and a golfer.

    Director of Sales

    Dennis is currently the Director of Sales for Golfslope and the Director of Business Development for Affiniti Golf partners. Dennis is the former General Manager of the Millbrook Golf & Tennis Club and is currently a member of the Country Club Managers of America.

    Daria has been running a lifestyle blog for well over four years that has forayed into a career in social media. Daria is a recent graduate from Hofstra University. She has a BA in Creative Writing and Literature along with a BA in Religion.
