Started as kitchen assistant, to prep manager, to culinary director at Knott's Berry Farm. Met up with James Cannon where they both worked doing planning, budgeting, and executing functions at the Blue Moon in North Hollywood. They both went to Club Ecco where they managed club operations, promotions, and restaurant management. Currently developing and promoting media events with Time-Warner.

Started at the Camellia House in New Orleans as Ass. kitchen manger to Rest. & Bar manager. Event Director-New Orleans World's Fair 1984. Managed planning, restructure, and completion of Tipitini's Music Venue & Rest. Coordinator of media & beverage operations-House of Blues-Las Vegas. Technical Media Director for the Palms Casino-Las Vegas. Currently doing concept development and script production for NBC/Universal & The Food Channel.

Started doing A-List promotions on his own, moving to Gotham City Arena where he managed food purchasing, planning, and preparation, as well as event operations. Met up with Antwian Smith where they both worked together planning, budgeting, and executing functions at the Blue Moon in North Hollywood. They both went to Club Ecco where they managed club operations, promotions, and restaurant. Currently is Manager of Operation Hope-Long Beach.
