An experienced credit specialist with over 20 years’ experience in asset finance, he started his career with Lombard North Central PLC where he obtained the FLD qualification. Martin’s experience also includes credit assessment and enhancement, asset management, lease structuring and receivables financing. As a director and shareholder in First Asset Finance his focus is on structured finance and lease programmes for largely blue chip clients.

An IT specialist with over 25 years experience, Steve is a graduate of Cardiff university. He initially worked in communications within the defence industry before moving into working on large scale, commercial IT projects, such as the computerisation of UK trading for BP oil. Steve co-founded Delphiq Consultancy Ltd, a specialist IT development & integration services company, which has developed the core software platform for GGMM.

Alan is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser (FCA CTA) who was the managing partner of city accountants Winters for ten years between 1993 and 2003, where he held responsibility for risk management and service functions for national and international clients of the practice.
