    Pamela Erickson shares her LAMB Co-Founder position with Nicchol Bolatto and Roy Peters. The three are also on the Ottawa Homeless Awareness Committee and fundraising for many other charities.     Roy Peters began cooking at an early age. An original latchkey kid, Roy was allowed to walk home from school for lunch. While watching Julia Child and Graham Kerr during lunch, his taste for cooking grew.

    Roy personally trained under the watchful eye of Chef Chad Warberg. He is owner of a catering business, restaurateur, and explorer of the culinary arts. He is equally at home in a small town café or a full-scale high-end restaurant.

    Nicchol Bolatto, co-founder of Loving Arms Ministry of Believers (LAMB), current chairperson of the Homeless Awareness Committee (HAC), founder and former Director of Clients at “A Servants Heart” and previous Volunteer Coordinator/Client Supervisor at Illinois Valley PADS Shelter.

    Nicchol was born in Springfield, Illinois in 1972. She was raised in the Illinois Valley area and attended LaSalle-Peru High School. Following high school graduat
