Simply any one own a car can sign up and be a driver, the main concept of GoBy is to allow the car owners to use the empty seats on their car while they heading to work, travel or running ears around the city, up to 3 seats and each one has a separate fair counter, the other option is Free Driver which is typical same as any other tax app you hire the full ride with no shared seats.
