• Assistant Manager and Banquet Manager at the Heritage Inn in Moose Jaw, SK;
• Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Delta Hotel in Whistler, BC;
• Manager of the Roundhouse Restaurant on top of Whistler Mountain in Whistler, BC;
• Manager of Starbucks in Vancouver at Main Street and 14th Avenue.

Armed with education and experience in Business Administration and Systems, Kristian is adept at all things regarding business systems and controls. He has also had many years’ experience drafting policy and procedure manuals, policy and contingency plans. Kristian’s latest job as a legal assistant proved to be valuable training in all things unpredictable and unexpected. He is a quick thinker and able to calmly respond to any situation.

Win has over 30 years of experience with preparing meals and being an entrepreneur. Win also has worked in many restaurants in Europe and Australia. As well, she has survived the rigors of the food market circuits and mining camps. Her resume includes repeated attendances at events such as the Shambhala Music and StarBelly Jam festivals. Her sense of adventure and fun comes through in every dish she prepares.
