Mr. Brighton is both the owner and Non Executive Director of Goal Reacher LLC. Prior to founding the above companies, Mr. Brighton was the founder and CEO of Commission Monster and Viva9 in Australia. Both Commission Monster and Viva9s were taken over by a Stock Exchange listed company in July 2007 for over AUD5M. Prior to founding Commission Monster, Mr. Brighton enjoyed a successful career for 15 years as a private equities client advisor.

Mr. Vaughan is an operations and M&A specialist working with private equity groups and investors representing his employers in numerous acquisitions and divestures. In this capacity, Mr. Vaughan provided full scale management of due diligence projects participating in analyzing, testing, and amending transactions as well as testing financial statements for accuracy. Post funding he manages the operations through to profitability.

Mr. Kacos is the Executive Director of Business Development for Circular Junction. Prior to co-founding Circular Junction, Mr. Kacos served as V.P. of Sales for BeSeen Outdoor (“BeSeen”) in Brunswick, GA a leader in the Outdoor advertising industry in Coastal Georgia. While at BeSeen and in the midst of the recession, Mr. Kacos grew sales by 33% surpassing the $1,000K per year sales mark for the first time in the company’s history.
