Randy has a background in both music as well as digital media and the Internet. He is a partner in Brownstone Ventures, an early stage venture development company and is on the board of the Brownstone Foundation. He was CEO of CommerceNet, a global Internet technology and business development company and headed HP's worldwide eCommerce and Internet marketing organization. He was a co-founder of Play Like Me Music, and plays jazz bass.

Tim leads our technology design and development efforts and is responsible for our licensing programs. He is a practicing attorney specializing in Internet business and licensing as well as a long history of developing software. He was founder of The Daily Case Report, a video delivery company for legal education.

Tom is our financial guy responsible for our accounting and financial management systems. Tom is also a consulting financial executive for the Brenner Group and has been chief financial officer for Advanced Rendering Technologies and Mediagate. He was also director of finance for Rhetorex/Octel.

Justin has worked in the television production industry since completing his degree at Pepperdine University in film and writing. Most recently he was associate producer in charge of creative technical solutions for the television program Johnny Wright's On The Spot, an Internet show about a music competition. He was also a founder of UnRavel Arts, a video production company focused on Internet viral videos for brand marketing.
