This product was inspired by a personal dissatisfaction with current location search and discovery applications, such as Yelp and Foursquare. If you're looking for a restaurant, Yelp is very good at informing you what's around you. My research results indicate that many people are more interested in how crowd sourcing could be used to create and share complimentary activities. For example, if I've just had delicious Chelow Kebab at Shahrazad in Westwood, it would be really great to know that Persian ice cream from nearby Saffron & Rose would be an excellent next step to the evening. After dessert, users can share the beautiful botanical garden down the street which has the most exotic orchids.

I am interested in the ways in which technology can be used to create trust and sharing networks, but with actual engagement and experiences happening in the world, not online. My background in psychology and recent location sharing developments keyed me into an unfulfilled need in this domain.
