Mr. Merritt is the president of Hatfield Biodiesel. He has also been an investing partner in two crude oil platforms in Thompsonville, Illinois. He holds a Biodiesel Processing Certificate from Shasta College in Redding, California; a Biodiesel Operations Production Certificate from California State University East Bay in Hayword, California; and an Associate’s degree in Business from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Sanjeev Agarwal is the owner of Technochem, established in 1972 and has served more than 150 customers on five continents and over a dozen countries. Sanjeev Agarwal, has more than 30 years of experience in design and fabrication of oil processing equipment. He has a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Davis and a Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Ohio State University.
