Our focus is on gluten-free baked goods that are high quality, fresh, and local to Santa Cruz County. We bake our products to be enjoyed in social settings with friends and family. Coffee house style baked goods like bagels, coffee cake, and croissants are our specialty. Our business will provide locally produced gluten free baked goods for the significant percentage of the population that can not eat gluten for health reasons.
