Dr. Hughes is a tenured Strategy Professor at Northern Kentucky University. Dr. Hughes joined NKU after receiving her Ph.D. in Strategy & International Business from Temple University. Dr. Hughes is an experienced entrepreneur as Glue is her fourth enterprise.

Mr. Lutz is the Devine Group’s CFO. At the Devine Group, Mr. Lutz oversees and manages the finance, accounting and legal functions of the company. Previously, Erik served as President of Great Southwest Mortgage in Scottsdale, Arizona after founding the company in 1995. By 2007, Erik grew the business from 5 employees in 1995 to over 1,300 in 2007. Mr. Lutz focuses on Glue’s financial and legal affairs.

Mr. Mackey is Glue’s “Glue" Guy, handling a number of responsibilities ranging from business strategy and competitive analysis to tactical marketing and operations functions.
Mr. Mackey graduated from the University of Dayton in 2007 as a Finance major and Accounting minor.

Mr. Frederick is Glue’s lead developer. He focuses mostly on back-end database infrastructure, however he also fills in developing web materials when necessary. Greg is an experienced project manager, having worked for Fidelity Investments for a decade before joining the Devine Group.

Mr. Raterman is Glue’s primary UI developer. He was one of the original co-founders of Glue. Mr. Raterman’s expertise is PHP. Mr. Raterman has experience developing SaaS products for higher education as he was the sole developer on RiskAware’s RedFlag application – an anonymous reporting tool for college campuses.
