CEOScott Witters is a serial entrepreneur and has worked in the music industry for fourteen years. He served as the CEO and Festival Director of Rhythm Group, whose Rhythm & Vines festival is the flagship live music event in New Zealand, before founding Glownet in 2012. He has over ten years experience working with cashless solutions, having pioneered the use of the technology to deploy cashless at his own festival in 2007.

Simon is an experienced COO and has an extensive track record in growth businesses. He started his career at Morgan Stanley and after business school spent four years at an Accel/3i backed start-up, The Cloud, which was later sold to Sky. He was on the founding team at O2 Wifi before joining forces with his old MBA classmate Scott Witters at Glownet. He leads the fund-raising activities for the Group.
