Glovico was founded by Tobias in 2010, he holds degrees in Philosophy and Linguistics as well as a PhD in Entrepreneurship research. His responsibilities as CEO include running the daily operations, developing the teaching methodology and overseeing the technological development of the company (website and apps). He works full time on the company since he joint the Start-Up Chile program in July 2012.

Katharina has a background in strategy consulting and is currently pursuing her MBA at Columbia University. Before moving into consulting she studied Mathematics at University College London. Speaking Spanish, French and English fluently (besides her German mother tongue), she is well acquainted with language learning and has frequently tutored herself. She takes care of finances and business development besides finishing her MBA.

Ana is a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented software engineer and web developer with over 3 years of experience in programming, project planning, and software design; with object-oriented programming techniques, and exceptional communication skills (proficient in Spanish and English). She is the CTO of Glovico and furthermore contributes her broad network in Latin America.
