    Before starting gloss48, Laura was VP, Operations and Interim CEO for MiniLuxe, the Boston-based venture-backed chain of nail lounges. Prior to MiniLuxe, Laura was GM of Nail Bar, an expanding upscale chain of salons, launching a new concept and 5 additional spas. Laura has a Kellogg MBA, prior to which she was a Merchandise Planner for $400M women’s department at Gap and a Senior Real Estate Consultant for Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal.

    Before starting gloss48, Jill founded and ran MiniLuxe, the Boston-area chain of nail and beauty lounges, which she founded while a Partner at The Cue Ball Group. Prior to Cue Ball, Jill was the first female Partner at The Parthenon Group, a strategy consulting boutique. Prior to Parthenon, Jill was at Monitor Company, which she joined after completing her MBA at Wharton. Jill is a Board Director at the Massachusetts College of Art & Design.
