GMG was created as a conduit to form, operate and govern legal, medical cannabis companies in the State of California. GMG has formed two corporations, Bay View Farms Inc., a cultivation company, and Canna-Botanicals & Distillates Inc., a manufacturing company. GMG has secured a favorable land lease in Adelanto, CA, obtained the city cultivation permit and is in the review process of obtaining a manufacturing permit.
