GWD generates credible data on workers in global value chains to meet the demand created by reporting and due diligence regulations in the EU. We anticipate revenue from three sources: sales of data access/reports, custom projects, and consulting. Customers include brands, investors, government regulators, and civil society. GWD is a non-profit planning to spin off a for-profit subsidiary, with an investment from a social impact investor.
