In 1993 Namik established a Mobile Phone business in Cyprus which by 1995 had become the main Turkcell disturbitor in Northern Cyprus and in 2000 set up Moldcell the largest celular network in Moldova. 2006 saw a substantial increase in the ex pat community and to meet the demand he astablished the first English TV satellite system in Northern Cyprus, streaming British TV to his customers and in 2010 he started to develop his IP TV system

Roger has been instrumental in Establishing a number of Companies across a range of industries. His career started in Marketing and after working in a number of Major International Agencies he established his own business in London in 1978. Since then he was involved in setting up Scottish European Airlines in 1988.
