Mr. West was graduated n 1969 from the Army's Engineer Officer Candidate School. He received an officer's commission and served with the United States Army Security Agency. Mr. West was admitted to the practice of law in Florida in 1974, and as well in both state and federal courts and the US Tax Court.

Mr. Potter was CEO of Med-Tech Systems International Inc., the nation's leading producer of clinical-grade personal air sterilization devices. Mr. Potter began his business career with Xerox Corp, where he advanced to federal government accounts manager. After five successful years at Xerox, Potter joined Atlantic Pacific Leasing, a division of Wells Fargo Company. He progressed from director of the southern region to national sales manager.

Educated at the University of San Carlos, Mindanao regional School of fisheries and the University of the Philippines College of Fisheries, majoring in Aquaculture. His work experience covers a wide variety starting from his present position as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aqua farming Tech Inc., to Resident Fishery Biologist with H&T Aquatic Farms, and /Farm Manager of FL Warm Water Ranch in Florida.

Doctor Arrington has over 50 years experience in project construction management for chemical, petrochemical, utility and infrastructure development worldwide. He has numerous engineering undergraduate degrees as well as three masters, including an MBA and two doctorates, one in electrical engineering and another in material science.
