Adam has had an unending fascination with agriculture from his upbringing in rural Iowa. Through the pursuit of a higher education in the field of genetics Adam has been able to accomplish many achievements. Adam gained industrial experiences through internships working with transgenic crops and international exposure as a World Food Prize Scholar. Currently, Adam is in the fourth year of doctoral studies in Genetics at Iowa State U.

Dr. Donner is a dynamic innovator that leads the development of new production techniques. After moving to the US from Germany, Dr. Donner was able to receive his PhD. in analytical chemistry from Iowa State U. Dr. Donner has proven to be a leader and provides expertise from his extensive experience in the fermentation of wine. Dr. Donner heads up the team in charge of developing the equipment and techniques used in ethanol production.

David has had an extensive background studying innate crop resistance and is currently studying for his PhD in Genetics at Iowa State U. David is the lead for crop production and provides the ability to produce high sugar sorghum throughout the Midwest.
