The company is a startup (concept), and is developed around an inventive medical apparatus called the Hospital Outpatient Module (H.O.M.). The H.O.M. is a portable/mobile hospital bedroom, fully equipped with the components of a medical treatment room, a nurse’s station and an adjustable, computerized hospital bed. It is to be delivered to a home, apartment, clinic, doctor’s office, public institution, etc., all Internet interactive.

    Robert Merritt is a trained nursing home and hospital administrator with a particular interest in innovative homecare delivery systems for seniors and the home-bound. He is a graduate of the Yale School of Public Health & Epidemiology, with a specialty in Hospital Administration. Currently the designer and developer for a 463-unit seniors-veterans housing resort in Southern California.
