Rick is responsible for operations, marketing and sales in the oil and gas markets. Mr. Van Dyken spent 14 years in missionary work in Africa and New Mexico where he managed the mission business. Rick was Vice-President of Trinity Christian College for 15 years. He secured funding for most of the colleges buildings and programs. He has BS degree in Bus. Mgmt. from Trinity and a MA. in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University.

GGP is led by Larry Koskan, a research and marketing executive in the water treatment industry and leader in the field of green chemistry. Larry has a BS degree in Chemistry from the Univ. of Kansas and a MS degree in Organic Chemistry from Loyola Univ.. He worked for the world’s largest water treatment company, Nalco Chemical, for 23 years. Mr. Koskan was vice president for Nalco’s water and waste treatment research operations for eight years.

Abdul Meah served as a development chemist for twelve years at Donlar Corporation and is a co-inventor on 15 patents in the area of green chemistry processes and uses. Prior to Donlar, Mr. Meah held a variety of research positions with Akzo and Chesebrough-Ponds where he specialized in personal care and cosmetic formulations and products. He has a BS degree in Chemistry and a MS degree in Biochemistry from the University of Karachi, Pakistan.

Barb has 27 years experience with Nalco Chemical where she led multiple teams in the prevention of scale and corrosion in water systems, most notably she developed florescent tagged polymeric scale inhibitors. She has a PhD. in Analytical Chemistry from the Univ. of Minnesota and BS degree in Chemistry from Univ. of North Carolina. She is a recipient of many awards, has over 33 publications and 11 US patents.
