McFarren is a Bolivian-American entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience working in the business and cultural development, ICT, and energy sectors in Latin America, the U.S.A, the Middle East and Africa.
He has worked on projects with the World Bank/IFC, Inter-American Development Bank, USAID and bilateral agencies and served as CEO of the Inter-American Cultural Development Foundation.

He specializes in the development of web applications that support marketing activities, extraction and loading process modules. Roberto is a computer system engineer with a master’s degree in computer science & a postgraduate diploma in modern manufacturing systems from Western Illinois U. In 1997 he worked as the CTO at Univ. Regiomontana. He was the ICT advisor to the Secretary of Economy of the state of Nuevo Leon. In 2012 he cofounded VRTCL Consulting with Mario & developed Hospital 1. He is a managing partner of GES & co-developer of Hospital 1 and eMedSuite.
