    Founder

    Glenn Fahlstrom opened Glenn's Diner and Seafood House on Montrose in 2005, melding his two passions: diner food and seafood. Glenn's has been featured on "Diner, Drive-in's, & Dives," and in Michelin Guide. The humble 52-seat restaurant serves over 100,000 people annually.

    Fahlstrom received a BFA in acting and a MFA in directing from the Goodman School of Drama and has appeared on numerous stages throughout Chicago.
