    President & CEO

    Harry joined the company in September 2012. He has held a number of roles at AT&T including leading AT&T's business with the US Federal Government. He was also COO of Yurie Systems, COO of Lucent Technologies Carrier Data Network, President & CEO of Tellium which launched a successful IPO, and President & CEO of Simpler Networks a technology start-up in 2007. He has a BS in Finance & a Juris Doctor.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Dr. Nusbaum is co-founder of the company & is a Board Certifed General Surgeon, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Fellow of the American Society of Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery & President of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery. He is currently Chief of Bariatric Surgery at Morristown Hospital. He is the holder of multiple patents.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Michael joined the company in November, 2012. His prior experience includes Chief Financial Officer of LightSquared , Advantedge HealthCare Solutions, a private equity backed Medical Billing Company that scaled revenue from less than $5M to $75M and technology start-up Simpler Networks. In addition, he was Senior Vice President & Controller at Cendant and Vice President of Finance at Lucent Technologies. He is a CPA, with an MBA in Finance and
