Company Summary

We represent the cutting edge of craft brewing. We will be the first brewery in the United States to produce beer made from malted millet, buckwheat, and quinoa, rather than barley. These grains not only provide unique and exotic flavors but are also gluten-free. We will offer a wide variety of styles, which in addition to captivating the gluten-free market, will also have broad cross-over appeal to all beer, wine, and spirits drinkers.
