At Smart Hotel, our goal is to make hotel rooms even more convenient by adding a Virtual Butler in the form of an Amazon Echo device which guests can interact with hands-free just by using their voice. Guests can use the Virtual Butler to order amenities, room service, ask for the WiFi password, general information, etc.
