Initiated and led several of the most industry-leading technology and clinical change projects across the spectrum of health including tertiary/quaternary hospitals, community hospitals, ambulatory care, primary care, community care, and cross-continuum integration, including $108m EMR implementation for 10,000 office based physicians. and $1b clinical transformation and technology implementation affecting 35,000 staff and 2m patients.

Extensive experience in health care quality improvement. Led project in partnership between PHSA and Merck for Integrated Medical Practice Management to enable improved population health care in general practice. Extensive business consulting to Vancouver Coastal Health, Fraser Health, BC Cancer Agency, Rick Hansen Institute.
Previously as Director of Development for Stockgroup Media, he developed financial content licensing to $20 million ARR.
