I came across a stand in a prime golf estate with approved plans. My goal is to buy the stand, build a house and sell the house for a profit.

I am looking for investors who will be willing to help me with capital in order to fund the project. As set out in the business plan attached, i am willing to split the profit 50/50 with a potential investor.
