Tim is a 20-year veteran of the transportation policy and technology community. Tim comes to GeoToll from OmniAir, a technology consortium he founded to test and certify interoperable vehicle technologies. At OmniAir, Tim was chief liaison to the toll community for 10 years and advised it as it seeks national interoperability. Before OmniAir, he was IBTTA's Director of Technology Programs and roles at ITS America and ATA.

Jaime is a pioneer in wireless telecommunications with 30 years of experience in R&D, business development and intellectual property. Jaime was a Motorola Senior Fellow, Corporate VP and CTO of iDEN Mobile Devices. Jaime is a innovator with 44 US utility patents and over 50 publications. Honors include “Patent of the Year” ; Outstanding Technical Achievement Award; and being named a 'Top 50 Most Important Hispanics in Business and Technology.'

Richard founded and was president of Law Enforcement Systems Inc., a recognized national best-of-class provider of outsourced delinquent account collection and information services to US tolling and municipal violations agencies. Richard's operational expertise in the tolling industry will ensure that GeoToll's business model will maximize company revenues at a reduced cost. Richard earned an MBA from Fordham Graduate School of Business Admin.

Jon brings over 15 years’ experience in Open Road Tolling with direct working knowledge of national toll protocols and practical know-how in deploying toll projects. Jon has overseen complex toll systems at major roads in the US and excels at developing operational concepts, system designs and toll performance specifications.
