Company Summary
GeoStrut has developed a unique carbon fiber lattice-structure and proprietary technology to mass produce carbon fiber towers and poles. The GeoStrut design is a new entrant and a disruptive differentiator in the cell and wireless internet tower industry. For decades this industry has been largely a commodity business. GeoStrut’s carbon fiber design achieves the strength and durability of steel at 80 percent less weight and 20 percent less cost.

Mr. Barker has over 20 years business management experience and has overseen the growth of businesses associated with pharmaceuticals, sporting goods and cellular industries.
Prior to co-founding GeoStrut, Mr. Barker enjoyed a 14 year career with Molten USA, the last 7 as its president. While there, he oversaw average product sales growth of over 20% per annum. Mr. Barker received a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Bradley T NielsonChief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Nielson was with Mity-Lite for over 13 years where he was named president and chief executive officer in May 2002. Prior to that he was the CFO for Pinnacle Micro. He was instrumental in completing initial public offerings for both companies. He began his career at Ernst & Young and later PwC.
Brad graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in accounting and an MBA. He is a CPA, a CFM and a CMA.
