    Iris has over 15 years of experience in GIS analysis and data management, urban planning, environmental policy and planning, and collaborative governance. Iris is actively involved in all projects completed by the Collaborative and works with staff on the design, organization, administration and implementation of each project. Iris has prior experience in regional government, higher education, consulting, and community development.
