Mr. Craig Near, President and founder, has 26 years C-level and plant management experience for NTE Enterprises, The Crest Group, Materials Systems, and Morgan Matroc, including establishing and running 3 manufacturing facilities, developing 22 new products, managing 24 programs, earning 9 patents, and presenting over 75 technical papers. He has a MS from Georgia Tech, BS from Northwestern, and graduate studies from Pennsylvania State.

Dr. Kamau Gachigi, VP and co-founder, is a recognized expert in piezoelectrics, member of the National Steering Committee for Science and Technology Parks, chair for the Univ. of Nairobi Science and Technology Park Steering Committee, Director of the UoN Fab Lab with MIT. He was a researcher for TDK Corporation, Ferro Corporation, Center Capacitor, and Redland Technology. He holds a PhD and MS from Penn State and BSc from University of Bath.

Mr. Rich Garrett has extensive executive experience in both start-up and growth organizations, for high ticket technology P&L and sales. He was a partner for Radarsign, President of Copiers & More, President of Tricom Business Systems, CFO and Assistant Executive Director of Allen Memorial Hospital, and a Senior Manager at Ernst and Whinney. He holds a MBA from Bowling Greenand a BA from Albion College.
