Grant has two decades of experience as a sales and marketing executive, a business owner, and a management consultant focusing on business strategy and leadership. Grant has consulted with more than 150 companies including many of the nation's premier Ag organizations (Simplot, Syngenta Seeds, Standlee Hay, Stemilt Growers, etc.). Grant is a noted speaker and author of the book, "Leadership Isn't Rocket Science."

Virgil has more than 40 years of senior executive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He served as CEO of Angstrom Pharmaceuticals and is currently CEO of Spinnaker Biosciences. He is also currently Chairman of the Board of Questcor Pharmaceuticals, one of the fastest growing biopharmaceutical companies in the world.

George has a Ph.D. in Genetics, and is one of the world's premier crop breeders. He is currently Vice President of R & D for French agricultural giant Limagrain Vegetables. George previously served as Vice President of R & D for Syngenta Seeds. George has also been on the faculty of the UC Davis School of Agriculture.
