Dr. Oster is the Managing Partner for the Life Science Fund of Polytechnos Venture-Partners. His portfolio companies located and active in Europe, US, Israel, and Asia.
His track record as entrepreneur, executive and investor includes two major trade sales (U.S. BioScience, BiPar), and 5 IPOs (Devgen, Jerini, Micrus, OncoMethylome, Addex). He sits on the Board of Directors of Cappella, IMI, ImmunoGenes, Hemacon, Provid, Noblegen and Oncoceutics

20 years in healthcare. He worked in product development for Synthes managing an $80M product group and taking multiple products from concept through launch. At Integra he took their cranial system from concept to launch and also worked on M&A projects facilitating three acquisitions. At Globus Medical he developed and executed a business plan to create the company’s promotional education division training 500 surgeons.

Mechanical Engineer from MIT. Led product development and has launched many new products at Integra. Currently he heads product development as Vice President of Research and Development at the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation which is the nation’s largest tissue bank.

Grif Bates is a Marketing executive with 16 years of experience at Merck & Co. and 8 years at Procter & Gamble. His work experience covers both US and international markets, and he has managed products in several therapeutic categories including cardiovascular, respiratory and analgesia. He has an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Glenn Hartz has had a long career in finance. Commercial lender and member of the school board of Eastern Lancaster County.
