GenosTV™ will license, ingest, transcode, and deliver LIVE “cable” TV programming to small telecommunication (phone & internet) companies nationwide. These companies service approximately 10 million households. We will be the wholesale internet "Cable TV" service to these companies. Also Genos builds and sells the ergonomically designed Cyclops Bluetooth Wireless “Texting” Keyboard and Mouse for use with Apple products.

  • Steven R. Stout
    President & CEO

    Steven is the founder of KASS-MSO, Inc. Previously, he served as Board Chair and CEO of the Deaconess Health System following its sale to Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Steven later became Chief Operating Officer of Tenet’s $1 billion St. Louis market after Tenet’s acquisition of St. Louis University Hospital. He received a MBA from Washington University (St. Louis) and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from St. Louis University.

    Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

    Mike is a graduate of The University of Cambridge in the UK, holding Masters and Bachelors degrees in Electrical & and Natural Sciences. He has 25 US patents issued with several more in process. He is a subject matter expert in Digital TV, Mobile Media, Mobile Games, and Digital Camera platforms. During 28 years at IBM, Mike held a broad range of technical leadership positions in engineering, design, architecture, R&D, and strategy.

    Programming Consultant

    Marty is the CEO of the Distributed Computing Industry Association (DCIA). Prior to Genos and DCIA, he was CEO of Zoom Culture which partnered with NBC and Apple. During his tenure as Microsoft TV VP of Corporate Marketing, he supported the strategic refocusing of WebTV and introduction of X-box. Marty also was CEO of NBC’s Olympics joint venture. Marty holds a Master’s degree from Yale and a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College.

  • Brian L. Estes
    Chairman of the Board

    Brian is a graduate of the U of IL, holding a bachelors degree in economics. While an undergraduate, Brian studied at Cambridge University and the London School of Economics. Brian sold his institutional investment consulting firm to Wells Fargo in 2010 and retired out of the industry. During Brian's 20 year career, his clients included Bank of America, Mississippi Valley Advisors, Kennedy Capital, Reinsurance Group of America & Vanguard.

    Board Member

    Mr. Barnett is currently CFO at The Herring IMPACT GROUP, LLC. He previously was a Senior Auditor with Pricewaterhousecoopers and spent 17 years as the CFO of private equity backed companies. Mr. Barnett holds a BS and a BA magna cum laude in Accounting from the University of Missouri. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Missouri.

    Vice President Sales - Cyclops

    Gary is Managing Director, KDK Technology Ltd, Shenzhen, China and a Consumer Electronics Advisor to Genos Corporation. Gary invented the world famous consumer products Belly Lights and Braid Lights. He is also the author of "White Ghost in China". Kellmann sold his company in 2004 and has lived in China for the past several years.

  • Marc Diego
    Vice President - Business Relations

    Marc spearheads Corporate Development efforts during the launching stages of Genos TV.
    Having worked previously at Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation and then at Time Television Broadcasting ( Time TV ) as a Marketing Manager, Marc went on to start his own media consulting practice in the Los Angeles area. Marc is a graduate of UCLA, where he studied History and Communications.
