Genome Surveillance is developing a novel “scaffold sequencing” technology to meet the growing demand of ultra long-range sequence for de novo genome sequencing, sequence finishing, genomic variation detection, haplotype-phasing, high resolution metagenomics /polyploid genomics, disease diagnosis and phenotype-genotype translation; and it is also developing a fast and cheap "genome surveillance" technology to monitor the status of human genome .
