Frederik Decouttere received his degree as a Master in Bioscience Engineering at the University of Gent in Belgium. He focused on applying & evolving software architecture and patterns in the field of bio-informatics and lab automation during the past 12 years and deployed bioinformatics and LIMS solutions for several fortune-500 life sciences companies, healthcare and R&D labs. In 2011, Frederik was appointed as the new CEO of Genohm.

Martijn Devisscher is active in bio-computing since 1997. He holds a degree in bio-engineering and computer science from the University of Gent and has worked as an active researcher in both academia and industry. His areas of expertise are mathematical modeling of biological systems, data analysis and machine learning. Martijn joined Genohm as a partner and scientific director.

Lieven Van Poucke has been active in the laboratory and healthcare software sector since 1999. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Sciences: Electronics - ICT. He served as a product and project manager for a LIMS company before joining Genohm. Lieven focuses on product development and customer services

Jan Van den Berghe holds a Master in Bioscience Engineering at the University of Gent, with additional degrees from Vlerick Management School and Insead. He has a long and varied career in strategy and financial management and has been involved in numerous startups, buyouts and acquisitions. Jan is board member of Oystershell NV, a Product Development Company for nutraceuticals and OTC medicines.
