Prior to joining Genix, Inc., Dan Salhus managed operations finance for the switching, wireless, security and application network services business division within Cisco Systems, Inc. The switching business division generated over $11 Billion a year in revenues with an annual growth rate in excess of 25% and employed over 1,500 engineering and marketing personnel in multiple locations around the world.

As Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Olsen brings over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and system development industry. Mr. Olsen has managed the development and introduction of many state of the art products, such as ABS & ESC for automotive, USB for PC’s, uC&Read channels for HDD, CMOS image sensors for DSC, each on the leading edge of the market.

As VP/GM ReGEN Product Division, Mr. Wagner brings over 30 years of experience in the automotive, industrial, semiconductor, and electronic systems development industries. He has held key management positions in operations and product development, leading engineering and customer teams in the definition, design, and market introduction of many innovative and successful new products.

Mr. Hill has served as the vice president of development, quality assurance director and customer support director over the last three decades in the software industry. During his ten years at Wavefront Technologies and then Openwave Systems, he built their quality and development organizations from the ground up.

Ms. Abbott brings a proactive legal approach to Genix from her more than 20 years of experience in General Counsel and management roles for a wide range of entities, from NYSE traded companies to venture firms and start-ups. Prior to her in-house positions, Sherry worked in the law firms of Squire, Sanders and Dempsey, as a Litigator, and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, as a Corporate Attorney.
