Mik’s hands on approach and delivery focus is combined with attention to detail and is supported by a deep understanding of designing and implementing highly transactional systems.

Thayer is a pioneer in the network marketing and direct selling industry with a track history of 42 years as a marketing legal counsel and consultant to numerous network marketing companies in the United States and internationally. His legal practice is limited to marketing regulation, franchising, international trade regulation matters and frequently consults on marketing plans and MLM compensation plan structures.
