Genesys CDC is a 501c3 affordable housing developer with a Community Land Trust component. We are able to acquire, develop & rehab for restoration & revitalization purposes of blighted, high risk areas of displacement by for profit developers. We serve very low to moderate income first time buyers. We also can provide land banking to local municipalities for the preservation of affordable housing in perpetuity.
