As our CEO, SiQing Xu, has a record of supervising her teams and designing unique methods to achieve goals and objectives. This experience comes from when she started her Heifer International non-profit team to raise funds in a tight period of one month. As a past debate member, she has the ability make quick decisions when given difficult decisions. Her success in these ventures makes her well qualified for this position.

Our CFO, Michelle Santillan, is very capable of managing budgets and finding the best deals. With a mother who is a bank manager, Michelle has learned the ropes of how the financial world works and applies this knowledge in her everyday life. As an active participant of her local church, Michelle has organized fundraisers, and with her skills, helped raise her church's revenue. As someone who is engrossed in finances, she is perfect for the job.

Our CMO, Ting Yu, is great at selling products. Over the weekends, she goes to help her aunt sell clothing and accessories at her store. Through these experiences, she has gained valuable knowledge in bargaining prices so that the customers were satisfied, while at the same time still making a profit. But more importantly, she learned how to approach different types of people, as anyone has the potential to becoming our customer and partner.
