Prior to founding General Scientifics Doug was consultant for the US Dept of Energy posted to foreign and US government nuclear physics laboratories designing, building, testing and deploying equipment with custom electronics for antimatter annihilation experiments. After working in financial engineering on Wall St for hedge fund start ups and a derivatives software vendor, Doug returned to General Scientifics for development of hydrogen systems.

Victor Schubert has expertise in creation/execution of global patent licensing programs. Experience includes portfolio mining, reverse engineering management, patent valuation, financial planning, drafting and negotiating license agreements as well as agreements for patent purchase/sale. Technology areas include consumer electronics, health care, telemedicine, smart grid, smart meters, cloud computing, transportation and construction.
