Nikhil has 15+ years experience in the fields of Molecular Biology, Proteomics and Molecular Diagnostics. He was a core team member of a highly successful microfluidics based molecular diagnostics startup in Michigan, USA which was sold to BD. He has several publications in international peer-reviewed journals and also has a number of submitted US patent applications. Nikhil obtained his PhD from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Kavita combines a medical degree with a master’s degree in cell and molecular biology specializing in cancer genetics from the State University of New York (SUNY), Buffalo, NY, USA. Kavita is also experienced in the fields of epigenetics and in initiating and conducting clinical trials. Kavita’s research work has been published in leading international peer reviewed journals. At GenePath Dx Kavita is responsible for laboratory operations.

Nikesh is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and has held senior positions in Infosys and Accenture. In his last role, Nikesh led the KPO business for Infosys in EMEA and was part of the Management council at Infosys BPO. He brings to the team his experience across sales, client management, program management and implementation. He has worked in India and Europe and is responsible for finance, strategy, marketing, operations and administration.

Anuradha is a Paediatrician with over 15 years of research experience in the areas of endocrine disorders and growth. She gained clinical experience in Australia and the UK. Anuradha has over 40 publications in leading journals. She is also a recognized PhD guide at the University of Pune, India. At GenePath Dx, in addition to being part of the core administrative team, she is also involved in developing clinical research protocols.

Peter has 15+ years experience working with ‘large’ biological data. He has worked for U. of Michigan, Aventis Pharmaceuticals and as a lead bioinformatician at NexGen Sciences. He is currently assisting with the HathiTrust Digital Library data mapping/mining effort at U. of Michigan. Peter holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from the U. of Michigan, and has a number of publications in leading journals.

Karthik has 10+ years of expertise developing cutting-edge medical Instrumentation & software. As head of software and instrumentation at the microfluidics-based molecular-diagnostics company HandyLab, he designed and developed the core hardware and software platform. He has several issued US patents and applications. Karthik holds a B.
Tech (Electrical) from IIT, Bombay and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
