After successful career in research, Dr Tanackovic joined Gene Predictis in 2011. In these two years, she changed the vision and the strategy of the company with the buy-in of the board and the team. The team grew from 5 to 9 employees; she recruited and built highly performing team committed to the new vision and strategy. Development of the new and improvements of the existing products, allowed her to reposition the company on the market.

Dr Michaud joined Gene Predictis in July 2011, following a successful time as a researcher in medical genetics and genomics. In the past two years, she has developed Gene Predictis' catalogue with number of new tests notably related to pharmacogenetics, oncology and nutrigenetics along with clear and high quality reports. She has also implemented specific algorithms estimating risk factors for frequent diseases.
