Mr. Mahabub founded GenAudio in 2003 and is the inventor AstoundSound® with over 25 years of continuous R&D and software engineering as of present. His activities include strategic planning with respect to the overall integrated business and technical direction, patent filing, capital formation, business development including forming partnerships/strategic alliances and license negotiations. Mr. Mahabub previously ran a GSA - 8A list company.

Brent worked at New Line Cinema as Senior Vice President of Post Production for 17 years where he oversaw digital cinema, 3D, archiving , post production marketing and the 35mm and digital releases of all New Line, Fine Line and Picture House film title releases.

Mr. Devine joins GenAudio from Quinella Corp., a Certified Public Accounting firm whose practice includes tax, accounting and consulting services to both public and private companies in a wide range of industries. Devine also provided credit, due diligence and subject analysis services for finance clients at US Escrow & Financial Services; in addition to consulting services for structured deals where he served as principal.

Mr. Morgenstein has almost 20 years of experience working as a professional audio engineer. He works with our dev team to assist with developing and testing new software features, and he has both processed (using our software), mixed, and managed over the professional audio engineering services when necessary relating to any post production project that comes in our door.

Gary Smith, one of the first employees of GenAudio, brings to GenAudio over 20 years of experience in the computing and software engineering field. His deep knowledge of, and experience with, GenAudio's technology has proven instrumental in the management and development of the AstoundSound platform and associated products. Mr. Smith has over 15 years of software engineering management experience.

Jim Mattos has over 25 years experience in political science research, international public relations and corporate communications. He is responsible for corporate communications, investor relations, records managment, B2C technical support and trade show coordination. Mr. Mattos brings to GenAudio a strong track record in delivering consistent and high quality customer, investor and corporate support services.

Michel Henein is a game audio technology guru with over 15 years of experience in both film and game audio engineering. Mr. Henein started working for the film music powerhouse, Media Ventures, as a film music editor in 1997. With an "ear" for the future, in 2002 he sought to enter into the new frontier of interactive audio: video games. Michael joined GenAudio in September of 2011 and serves as an executive consultant to the CEO, in support of business development and marketing of GenAudio's audio software products. Michael's vast network of industry relationships has secured business and fostered new partnerships to enhance results.Michael's perspective and input on contracts and business strategy supports the company's initiatives to diversify and build a strong business base
