Leo is a native Hawaiian from Maui and graduated from Maui High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at the University of Wyoming where he was a division I-A football All-Conference player and a rodeo athlete. He belongs to the Maui Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce, Maui Young Business Roundtable, Hawaii Farm Bureau.
Leo develops wind, solar and micro-grid projects in Hawaii and Asia Pacific for Gen-X

Fred is a resident of Oakland, CA and has a BA degree from Middlebury College; JD and MBA degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and is a member of the CA Bar.
Fred is responsible for originating, developing and maintaining renewable energy projects for Gen-X in California, Hawaii and Asia Pacific.
An avid sailor, Fred also enjoys volunteer work with Build.org and St. Anthony's kitchen.
